Welcome
Hello and welcome to Vanessa Vaughan Counselling. I’m Vanessa, a qualified counsellor based in Farnham, Surrey and a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
I offer an in-person counselling service to adults in a private and comfortable setting at The Eaves in central Farnham. I can also work with you online and by telephone. My experience is diverse, and I work with a broad range of issues.
We all go through times when life can feel difficult, with past or current issues holding us back and it can be hard to cope alone. This is when counselling can help. Whether you are struggling with feelings of anxiety or depression, low self-esteem, grief and loss, relationship issues or other challenges, I offer a confidential and non-judgemental space where we can talk in depth about your concerns.
The first step
I understand that asking for help isn’t easy and that taking the first step and getting in contact with someone can feel very daunting. I will meet you with warmth, work at your pace and provide you with a safe and supportive environment to explore your thoughts and feelings.
Together, we can work through the challenges you are facing, enabling you to move forward by accepting past and present experiences or by making changes.
