Asking for help

The Boy, the Mole, the Fox and the Horse by Charlie Mackesy.

This beautifully illustrated book explores the universal themes of love, hope, courage and kindness.

The characters remind us that showing our vulnerability and asking for help when we are struggling can be our bravest act.

Asking for help isn’t easy and taking the first step to get in contact with someone can feel very daunting.   As your therapist, I will meet you with warmth, work at your pace and provide you with a safe and supportive environment to explore your thoughts and feelings.

Together, we can work through the challenges you are facing, enabling you to move forward by accepting past and present experiences or by making changes.
